Return & Exchange Policy

At LUCA, every order is carefully prepared and inspected before it is shipped. To ensure a clear and fair experience for our customers, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, and only in the following cases:

1. Incorrect or Non-Matching Order

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, or if the product received does not match the official product images shown on the LUCA website, you may request a return or exchange.

2. Quality Defects

If your item has a manufacturing or quality defect, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Before any return or exchange is completed, the product must first be returned to LUCA for inspection.

The item must be:

• Unworn and unused.

• In its original condition.

• In its original packaging.

• Free from any damage caused after delivery.

Once the product has been received and inspected, and the issue has been confirmed, the requested return or exchange will be processed accordingly.
