The Art of the Tie
At LUCA, every tie begins with a commitment to quality.
We carefully select premium yarns for their texture, weight, durability, and the way it holds and reflects light.
Because the character of a tie starts with the fabric itself, long before it takes its final shape.
Jacquard Weaving
Our signature patterns are woven directly into the fabric using the jacquard technique. Unlike printed designs, where a pattern sits on top of the cloth, jacquard weaves the pattern into the fabric’s own structure. The result is a tie with real depth and texture, one that catches and shifts with the light rather than reflecting it flatly.
Crafted by Hand
Once woven, each tie is cut, folded, stitched, and finished by skilled hands. Every stage is deliberate, the alignment of the pattern across every fold, the balance of the blade, the precision of the seam.
Nothing about a LUCA tie is left to a machine to decide. Only once every detail has been considered does a tie earn the LUCA name.
Why It Matters
We believe refinement is found in the details.
Every morning, a man ties his tie by hand. It’s a small ritual, repeated daily, and it deserves to be worth the effort.
That’s what we build into every LUCA tie, the drape of the fabric, the precision of the knot, the fold that holds its shape all day. Refinement isn’t loud. It’s repeated.
